Stone+tec is the international trade fair for natural stone and stone technology, held every two years at NürnbergMesse. It brings together stone producers, processors, machine manufacturers, and architects from across the world. Three halls of material, craft, and technology -- and an audience that makes purchasing decisions based on what they see and touch.
What happens at Stone+tec 2026
Natural stone and stone technology is a visual and haptic industry. Buyers come to see surfaces and touch materials in person -- the weight, the texture, the temperature of a slab are things no catalogue page can reproduce. Photography gets closer than most, but only if it is good enough to carry the impression of the material. With a two-year gap between editions, the images and video you produce at Stone+tec have to carry your brand communication until 2028.
Our recommendation for Stone+tec 2026
Stone is sold through its surface - what you see and what you feel. Texture, grain, colour, finish. None of that survives a phone snapshot taken under trade fair lighting.
