Do you only work in Nuremberg?

Yes. Boothside is a dedicated local service for exhibitors in Nürnberg, primarily around NürnbergMesse. The focus is on reducing travel cost, coordination effort and production friction during fair days.

How do I choose the right package?

By communication- and content goals, volume and how long it should keep working. Starter packages deliver focused output. Story and Day packages cover broader communication needs. Pool packages build a larger asset base for post-event marketing and sales.

What's the difference between the video packages?

Starter is one focused output. Story is one main video plus supporting clips. Day provides broader on-site coverage. Pool builds a larger bank of reusable short-form assets that can be used for months or years after the show.

What's the difference between the photo packages?

Starter covers key booth impressions. Story adds detail, people and interaction. Day provides broader event documentation. Pool builds a reusable image base that can be used for several quarters or even years.

Which video formats can you deliver?

We offer delivery in 16:9, 1:1, and 9:16, depending on how the content is meant to be used.

16:9 is typically best for websites, presentations, YouTube, and broader post-show communication.

1:1 works well for social feeds and platform-neutral use.

9:16 is ideal for mobile-first channels such as LinkedIn Stories, Instagram Reels, or other vertical formats.

If you already know where the content will be used, we can recommend the most suitable format in advance. Additional formats can also be included on request.

Can you recommend a package based on our booth and goals?

Yes. Send event details, booth setup, timing, products and intended use. You receive a recommendation based on what is realistic on-site and what content will be useful after the event.

What information do you need before the shoot?

Event name, date, booth number, preferred filming window, products or topics to focus on, who should appear on camera, and where the content will be used afterwards.

Can we book a custom package?

Yes. If the standard packages don't fit, scope can be adjusted based on booth size, product complexity, content goals, timing and delivery needs.

How fast is delivery?

Standard delivery is within 3 working days. Same-day or under-24-hour delivery can be arranged on request.

Can you guide people who aren't used to being on camera?

Yes. The setup is designed for practical on-site guidance — short interviews, statements and visual coordination in a busy trade show environment.

What usage rights are included?

Basic usage rights for the agreed outputs are defined in the quote. Broader campaign use, paid promotion or additional rights can be scoped upfront.

How far in advance should we book?

Earlier is better, especially around major fair dates. Short-notice requests are often possible depending on availability.

What happens after we send an inquiry?

You send event details, we review the scope, and you receive a recommendation with the best-fit package or a custom setup. Once approved, the production slot is scheduled and delivery is confirmed.
