embedded world in Nuremberg is one of the most important meeting points of the embedded industry worldwide. In 2026, around 36,000 trade visitors from almost 90 countries came to see 1,262 exhibitors. A technical conference runs in parallel, and the audience is just as technical.

What content has to do at embedded world

Nobody browses at embedded world. Engineers and technical leads come to check whether a board, a module or a software stack fits their next project. A product photo rarely answers that. A running demo with an expert explaining what is happening does.

The audience is international, and many booth conversations are in English. After the show, you use the material in follow-up emails to booth contacts, on LinkedIn and in presentations for design-in discussions.

What we pay special attention to at embedded world

• Small exhibits. Boards, chips and modules are often only a few centimetres in size. We film them with a macro lens and our own lighting so details stay readable.
• Demos on screens. What happens on the monitor is often the real story. We match frame rate and exposure to the displays. Where more sharpness is needed, we edit in a screen recording you provide (add-on).
• Experts on camera. Engineers explain brilliantly but rarely stand in front of a camera. We prepare statements together, short and in their own words.
• Confidential products. Prototypes or products under embargo are only shown with your approval. We agree on this before the shoot.
• Two languages. On request, we film statements in English and German, or in English with German subtitles (add-on).
• Sound. The halls are loud. We record interviews with lavalier microphones and, where possible, before opening or in quieter periods.

Our recommendation for embedded world 2027
